  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 small red, green, and white onions
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup of Cilantro
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • Salt To Taste
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of Ginger
  • 1 small ear of Corn


Step 1: Chop each vegetable finely on a cutting board.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 3: Enjoy this tasty and healthy salad!
